Took my grandson first to another suit rental and they were no help , drove here to Royal Tuxedo and Connie (KILHUN) Perez was so helpful and friendly, she’s such a great and beautiful soul . She helped my grandson with his Tuxedo and she first greeted us with a big smile and took his measurements. Please support small businesses and I highly recommend her store . Rented a tux for my son. The selection was very good, but what stood out was Connie's attention to detail the first time and alterations she made. It was well worth the travel in from Boerne as we went to a few other places that didn't offer the caliber of suit or custom tailoring included in the rental fee. Her customer service was top notch and even agreed to meet during closed hours so we didn't have to travel during travel peak times to drop the suit back off. As someone who went to many other stores in San Antonio, I can proudly say that Royal Tuxedo is one of the best tailors I've been to. I want to shout out Connie Perez due to her awesome customer service. Not only did she go above and beyond to help us find good styles for the outfits, but she also helped us with the prices.
