Our female driver was so awesome! Clean car and great experience. Got us from Dover to Logan in a Jiffy and the price cannot be beat for a private car service! Reliability at its finest!
First time using a door to door airport service and these guys really exceeded my expectations! The young woman who picked me up was lovely! She was attentive, helpful, punctual and communicative. She was a safe driver and we held a wonderful conversation on our way to Logan. All of this rang true at 2:30 AM!!!! Everything from booking to pick up to drop off was seamless. They are always on time and arrive with a smile. A number of trips we had to wait a very long time for our luggage and they never once made us feel bad for waiting. Traveling can be stressful and they definitely help to reduce that stress. Royal is our go to! We appreciate you!
