They are always on time and arrive with a smile. A number of trips we had to wait a very long time for our luggage and they never once made us feel bad for waiting. Traveling can be stressful and they definitely help to reduce that stress. Royal is our go to! We appreciate you!

Would book a trip just to use this service again! Timely, friendly, great communication and the car looked cleaner inside & outside than a brand new car driven off the lot. Water in the back was a nice touch, and the musical jams were at the perfect volume to enjoy. Normally I’m the type to flinch at anyone else’s driving but the ride was so smooth I could actually sit back and relax. Thank you again!
Rude management. Just look at their arrogant responses to their bad reviews. They can't handle any type of criticism. They probably support that criminal ex President. Edit: At least learn how to spell "you're". And, by responding, you are in fact entertaining me.
