Booked for 4pm on Saturday the 13th of September . Booking was accepted and when I arrived it was closed ! Why accept the booking and waste my time and if you’re not going to bother to open?
I booked a 90-minute relaxation session for 4:30 this afternoon. It was anything but relaxing. It didn’t feel like a massage at all—just someone lightly touching me without any real pressure. I could clearly tell the therapist was new, and she wasn’t focused during the session. Her movements would randomly slow down or stop for no reason. This was the first time I didn’t fall asleep during a massage here; in fact, the longer it went on, the more uncomfortable I felt.
I think this is the best massage I’ve ever had! Pola is so professional, and even with just a 30-minute session, I felt completely relaxed. Loved it!
You guys are closed, in your google it showing you are open. Wasted my 1 hr . No response
