I wish I could give a 0 but unfortunately can’t. Most horrible experience - unprofessional and rude. Glad they made me take my money to another clinic. There are better dermatologists in the area - avoid this one.
I lost my script and Dr Jamie was kind enough to reissue at very late and sudden notice. He is very attentive to my needs and takes care of my condition. Excellent customer service from the other staff as well
Upfront on price, after Medicare rebate very fare pricing . Excellent counter staff doctors and all staff happy and helpful even on a Monday . Many 5 star

Booked in to see dr Jenny, had 5 suspicious lesions removed of which only 1 was malignant! Got charged $40 each for the non-malignant lesions removed that have left permanent scars on my leg & back!! Obviously I was apprehensive about paying my account after explaining my concerns. Lisa Colfer shut me down & said it's normal & i need to pay up??
