I lost my script and Dr Jamie was kind enough to reissue at very late and sudden notice. He is very attentive to my needs and takes care of my condition. Excellent customer service from the other staff as well

Booked in to see dr Jenny, had 5 suspicious lesions removed of which only 1 was malignant! Got charged $40 each for the non-malignant lesions removed that have left permanent scars on my leg & back!! Obviously I was apprehensive about paying my account after explaining my concerns. Lisa Colfer shut me down & said it's normal & i need to pay up?? I've been using these guys for years with my psoriasis and light treatment had no dramas or issues very busy at times like any other specialists have waited way past my appointment time sometime but that's how it is sometimes staff have been great
