I have requested a new pin number for my Debit Card and they tell me that they sent me the new Pin number and they have not.
Couple training issues but it isn’t a bad bank and the employees for the most part are professionals doing what is necessary to make your banking experience pleasant. Bank like this is necessary for the community not a lot of requirements when it comes to opening up an account. So I can appreciate this and YES I was told the bank WAS LOCAL. So for those obsessed with “LOCAL” owned BUSINESSES this is the bank to come to!!
