Everyone there, including the nurses, assistants and others, have been extremely nice and almost everyone patient oriented. They work with you in rehab and I saw remarkable improvement during my time there. Almost like family.

I honestly believe that had my mom not been sent to Royal Park, she would have lived longer, and her quality of life would have been better. When we took her there, they explained that she had a certain numnber of days approved and we would receive AMPLE notification if anything changed. This proved false. We were also told that there were 3 reasons she would be forced to leave early - refusal to participate in treatment, failure to progress, or plateauing. My husband was here for about a week. The staff are kind people with the exception of one male night nurse and one CNA. I did file a grievance and it wasn’t followed up on. The shower lady was especially caring and showed dignity. My husband was not given meds timely. He had outside appointments and they were never communicated across the department. This caused him to miss many PT and OT appointments. Those departments were not flexible with his schedule. He was not woken up for transport timely. He had serious wounds that ... read more
