If I could give zero stars for this place, I would. The lack of care they provide is ridiculous. Do not send your loved ones here. They will starve, they will be dehydrated, they will be left in their soiled diapers or clothes. They will not be fed properly if at all. They will be given incorrect medication, even after being spoken to about it. Do not send anyone to this place if you care for them at all. The nurses do not care, the doctors do not care. My mother-in-law admitted here many times before (years apart). Last admission was for End-of-Life care. She opted to stay here instead to go to Hospice as per Doctor’s recommendation but her previous experienced at Royal Park made her decide to spend her last days at this facility. Staff did an excellent job, from Admin to Housekeeping. Nurses and caregivers are amazing. I can’t thank them enough for the excellent care they provided for her. Thank you, Royal Park!! _ TGM
UPDATE 2: In the continuing saga of substandard care at Royal Park, we were just provided (today, 12/21) notes from the staff physician who saw my mom at the facility. The notes not only had my mom’s age wrong, it also listed things such as a “hematomato” (as opposed to a HEMATOMA), which is completely false and nothing that my mother has had or was evaluated for. In other words, it appears as if the notes in my mom’s records were actually notes for a different patient. Just one more example of the lack of care at Royal Park... read more
Once admitted seems the office staff are too busy to deal with loved ones, as the staff having to serve the patients are trying to keep up, in which i feel for them. It being a week in today, well something is just not right?
