My husband was here for about a week. The staff are kind people with the exception of one male night nurse and one CNA. I did file a grievance and it wasn’t followed up on. The shower lady was especially caring and showed dignity. My husband was not given meds timely. He had outside appointments and they were never communicated across the department. I visit a former client here and it's pretty good as far as nursing homes go.
I was barely able to sit up when I first got there. After 2 weeks of physical rehab I went home able to walk out the door and up and down my stairs. The nursing staff was great. I can't thank them all enough for the wonderful help they gave me while I was there.
My great aunt ! A couple years ago The nurses dropped her on her leg and broke it !; she had to get her leg chopped off we sent to another nursing home and she ended up on her death bed because of this nursing home !
I just have a little question to ask so you discharged me today because I went out on my paperwork it says I'm allowed to go out as long as I am assisted gave you guys my appointments the very first day I went there I told you about my appointment for the 30th and I was said it was right the very first day was there the lady said to me we are 24/7 place you may come and go as you please you have to call if it's after 10:30 it would be kidnapping if we didn't let you go out when you wanted to remember her exact words it on th... read more
