I visited the spa for the first time this week. I have usually attended the sister studio next door (also highly recommended) but decided to try this place for once. I was immediately greeted by a friendly and warm team member. I had a reflexology foot massage with Elle. She finished with an arm, neck, shoulder and head massage. It was probably the best massage I've ever had!! I definitely will be returning!

Received a gift voucher for my birthday, and was looking forward to a 'spa experience'. Unfortunately, this is not a spa. It's one room with flimsy partitions so you can hear the calls and reception conversations and outside traffic throughout your treatment. The foot massage was ok, except for being jabbed with some form of sharp poking device. However, when I went to have the body massage the towels were damp, dirty and covered in oil from another customer. I asked for a clean towel and was told it wasn't damp just cold fr... read more
