I have leased at Camden for 2 years. From the first day, I was treated like a Princess and Zoe the Newf was always petted and given cookies during our frequent office visits. With the upcoming move out of Houston, I will remember Camden Midtown with special fondness and direct anyone coming to Houston to take a look at Camden Midtown. My favorite part about Camden Midtown? Everything!! From the front office to those folks responding to assistance requests, everyone made my experience here exceptional.

This community has severely dropped in customer service. The office is now entirely ran buy a new group, who have zero social skills. We have been loyal tenants for almost 7 years, never had complaints, never late on rent. We are in the process of closing on a new home, and were told to pay $2,000 to break our lease, or find someone to sublease our unit and we wouldnt have any fees. After finding someone to sublease, there is now all of the sudden a $350-$400 fee that has to be paid to even sublease. We honestly feel these l... read more

DO NOT MOVE HERE..here's way yes the community is great and everyone is friendly UNTIL you move out. You will be charged absurd fees for things that are not damaged. I received a bill for $1,000 and nothing in my apartment was damaged. You are required to pay a $100 cleaning fee and you will be charged for everything...even if its not damaged. I have lived in 14 apartments throughout my life and i have never received a move out bill. I consider myself to be a great tenant. Don't get screwed in the end live somewhere else. Yo... read more

Camden Aventura is the best place I have ever lived! The office staff is so friendly and the maintenance team is the best I have ever seen! We RARELY have issues, and they have always been there within minutes whenever we did. My husband and I could not think of a better place to call home. We both run a lot of races, and as a runner, one of the best perks is living right across from the Don Soffer Exercise trail! You can even take the dogs over there for walks. Its a great place to live.Has friendly people. lots of activitys. nice 1,2 bedrooms and 1 bedroom +study. Has heated pool and spy. So come join us you will just fall in love and move right in and become apart of the family.All of our staff members are great people.Clemenica our community manager is a very nice lady you will just love talking with her. so come over and give us a try, you want be sorry.

CRO is a beautiful , well maintained apartment complex. The maintenance staff is outstanding! Necessary upgrades and problems are dealt with quickly and with efficiency and courtesy! The staff here makes transfer from home to apartment living a pleasure!

I agree with the person below. The apartments are nice, but not as nice as what you're paying for. The office staff is rude and condescending - good luck if you ever have a tenant noise issue. The entire floor of my apt building had no apt signage for months, causing deliveries to be screwed up which caused more issues. Save yourself time and frustration - stay away and go somewhere else!
