My mom moved in to Royal Oak this February. She has really enjoyed getting to know her new neighbours and staff. The staff have been so friendly and helpful. She likes the entertainment that comes here and the activities, such as Bingo and News and Views. I have also been impressed with the staff at RO, myself. We like that there are a variety of opportunities for outings each month. Mom has also appreciated the extra supports available.
My mother has lived here 3 years. She loves her studio apartment, staff (particularly the recreation staff), and how beautiful the building is.
We have Samantha as a PSW and she is the most amazing person my family could have imagined helping us. She is bright and happy makes our day. My family can not stop talking about how much of a positive impact she has made on the quality of life.
We moved my parents into Royal Oak Senior Living a few months ago, and I’m so happy to say they are adjusting really well. Moving into senior living is a big change, so it has been such a relief seeing them become more comfortable and settled as time goes on. The staff have been kind, patient and welcoming, which has made the transition so much easier for all of us. Royal Oak is a beautiful place with such a great atmosphere. Every time I’ve been there, the staff have been friendly, polite and happy to help. The food deserves a special mention because it is honestly fantastic! The meals look and smell amazing, and there is always something different being served. I also love how much they have going on for the residents. The activities are fun, creative and well thought out.
