they lost 4 pairs of prescription eye glasses even with “orders”’to give them to her w morning rounds and take them to lock up in med cart over night Clothes ruined with stains even after care team meetings with laundry service dept personell assuring they train employees blankets, foam pillows, every week we go to visit only to find a thin sheet on her bed with no blankets sweet aide brought me down to room off the laundry area w over 100 blankets I hand plucked over 30 blankets all CLEARLY labeled with our mothers name on ... read more

A week out from Thanksgiving, I need to pass along a special thanks to the entire staff of Royal Norwell. My stay may have been short but it left a long ,lasting impression. Oh sure the place was clean, bright and cheery but the people, the people made it so,so special !! Everyone I came in contact with was pleasant, helpful and happy to be taking care of you.
