This place is disgraceful and should be close rats not mice RATS running the building. the staff is lazy and rude Including the nurses most of the staff are so Incompetent . JUST run I tried several times to speak with upper management with no help looks like they sit in their offices all day hiding from there responsible’s. If i could give no stars i would it was that bad don’t let the other reviews fool you there probably Fake this places should have been closed a long time ago.

In April 2024 my son and I selected royal nursing home in norwell for my invalid wife. It seemed homey and the tempory care folks get a private room. There were great people there like Deluze the nurse's assistant. My son and I did approximately 75 straight meal feedings. It was her final week there that I learned I was reported by Royal to the Old Colony Elder Services protective services. The negative report was as follows.
