Buying a home and getting a mortgage loan can be a very stressful experience for a lot of people. Thanks to Bryan Royal the entire process was as simple and pleasant as it could be. I cannot recommend Bryan Royal and Royal Mortgage highly enough. He helpd us navigate the longer than anticipated building process with a calmness and professionalism that would be hard to find elsewhere. Most importantly, he kept us up to date on what was going on with our loan and explained the ins and outs of the mortgage industry in general, as well as the specifics of our loan. I spoke to multiple mortgage brokers when buying my house and ended up going with Royal Mortgage for multiple reasons. Brian Royal was so easy to work with. He is very responsive and was quick to answer any questions I had without delay. He has a very easy application process and helped walk me through all of my options as a first time home buyer. As long as Bryan Royal isn't retired, I will never again have to think about who to use for my mortgage needs. I've done 5-6 transactions with him the last few years and it never disappoints.
