I am adding an update to my last review, this business reached out to me the day after my previous review and very quickly solved the problem. My order arrived as promised, as per my instructions. Unfortunately they messed up the tracking number so I could not track it’s progress, however if they fill the next order with out any errors I will upgrade their rating again.
Placed an online order in December 2025, opened an account and paid for order with credit card ,received order confirmation. Credit card not processed, order not shipped. No response to 5 phone calls, messages left. No response to customer chat on website requesting help. No visible attempt at any sort of customer service. Recommend you do not patronize this business.
