I came into here with an open mind, and saw they were selling steel toed MK4 boots (needed it for work), and saw that they were in excellent/like new quality and bought some… what I got were problems. 1) they had mistaken my billing address with my shipping address and had sent it to the wrong location despite the email stating it would be shipped to my preferred shipping address. 2) when I got to examine the boots, the quality was def not excellent or like new, it was prob closer to good condition, there were obvious blemis... read more

Bought a pair of boots, after 3 weeks of waiting started emailing. They responded saying that they would send it now. Got it later, 2 sizes too small, ordered 11.5, got 9.5. Start another email war, they say they will send the boots no charge if i order something else. Say no and they change the offer to sending the boots in exchange for a 5 star review. Absolutely attrocious. Do not recommend in any way. Fraudulent business practices. Complete lack of service. Here's the High-lights: --Never ship anything unless you nag them to death, then they claim they put it on a carrier that *Doesn't go to your area!" --Impossible to get a response from. Takes Spamming everyone of their comms to finally get a response --Still ship wrong sizes and incorrect items. "Here!
