Placed an online order in December 2025, opened an account and paid for order with credit card ,received order confirmation. Credit card not processed, order not shipped. No response to 5 phone calls, messages left. No response to customer chat on website requesting help. No visible attempt at any sort of customer service. Recommend you do not patronize this business.

The reasons were slow initial communication, unanswered emails and phone calls when the order wasn’t shipped, then when the order finally arrived after 20 days, only 2 of the 4 items were correct. Royal Military Surplus reached out to me about the bad review and said they would remedy the situation if I would take down the bad review, which I did.
