My mother was offered to go here for Rehab after a fall. This facility was miss-represented as a 4 out 5 star facility. First impression is OLD, the building was probably a 1920's hotel. Ok, that doesn't mean it is not a good rehab, WRONG. She was put in a bed in tiny room with another patient literally 3 feet away who very loudly watched a news station sun up to sun down. Two Thumbs up and Five Stars!
Visited a relative here. Not a lot of parking. Views from the room was Overlooking a small harbor. Patient food was described as excellent. Care nurses are attentive.
The neglect at this facility is egregious and thinly veiled. Without a constant, external presence of advocacy, you or your loved one are likely not to receive the proper care.
The location is absolutely breathtaking! I visited my friend and we had a wonderful unforgettable day on the beach! 🏖️ Pray for all the residents & staff!! 💕
