I recently visited Royal Massage and booked a session with Summer. Overall, it was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. Summer is highly skilled and attentive—she really focused on the areas that needed extra care and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the session. Her technique was professional, soothing, and genuinely helped release a lot of tension. I’m really disappointed with my experience. I booked a 30-minute massage but did not receive the full time. The therapist kept leaving the room multiple times during the session, which was disruptive and unprofessional. I specifically asked her not to leave the door open, but she continued to do so, which felt very disrespectful and made it hard to relax. The quality of the massage was also poor.
