I agree with previous review, old lady dumps oil on you, like you need that much, and rub it in with the elbow, in 20 mins stopped twice to answer the phone, second time was for 5 mins, while my husband was laying covered in oil waiting. He left writhing 30 mins, but lady charged for an hour, did kit offer refund. When refund for half an hour was requested, she refused. But t that was fair. She never gave money back. Worst experience.
