First time at this Hammam, prior to my arrival I looked over the reviews online and it suggested booking online . I looked at the slots online and all showed available . I took an uber and arrived at 12:10pm the door was locked , I waited and there was no one at the front desk. At 12:12 pm I called and left a voicemail. About 5 min later the front desk person came to the door and let me in. I was greeted and I asked for the Hammam experience and advised it was my first time. Oh man where do I start. Came to Orlando for a 40th Bday party the female host told us to bring some money for a surprise experience. We arrived at the Hamam a little late, which we apologized not knowing this would cut our time short since we had a large group. Did I Say GROUP, yes I did. It was about 8 or 9 of us. My husband and I visited this past Saturday for the first time and the experience was amazing and relaxing. The sauna and bath was great. My skin felt so smooth and soft. The after bath tea and sitting room was great. We will definitely do it again.

Update to owner’s response: Instead of apologizing and just saying, we made a mistake sorry, they essentially are calling me a liar, so I uploaded the dispute screenshot along with a photo with timestamp outside the business. This is trivial, if you were going to respond to my review, simply say, we made a mistake with our scheduling, sorry. Buyer beware! They charge a 50% deposit when you book. My overall service was great — my provider did an amazing job. However, I did want to share some feedback about the front desk experience so the team can continue improving. I arrived about 15 minutes early, and during check-in, I was asked to shorten my pre-booked 90-minute service to 60 minutes, which caught me off guard since I had already paid in advance.
