I had Kelly today on a Saturday and enjoyed the massage hot stone and oil massage. However, I find it very unprofessional when the other therapist was asking her a question from a far in the shop and Kelly responded by shouting as if she’s at her own home. Worse is her phone was beeping with messages coming through. I wish they understand that the environment has to be relaxing and quiet. Towards the end of my session, a newborn baby comes in cry. Omg!!! Kelly is incredible! Actually probably one of the best massages I’ve ever had and I’ve had a few. Highly recommend this place, very reasonable, friendly and brilliant service
Good massage for the price, but the overall experience was chaotic. Despite clearly stating in my booking that I was on my period and wanted work done on my shoulder and back, I was asked 3 separate times if I was pregnant. The two staff members spoke Mandarin in front of me and assumed I only spoke English, and initially tried to assign me a junior masseur even though I had booked (and paid a deposit for) the master.
