I have used Royal Lines Charters for many years for our company team builders. I have always had such a great experience. Kiana recently calmed my nerves with her attention to detail! PHEW! (my numbers were off) lol! She was great and super friendly! Then we had Joaquin, who was our driver! Great guy! Wonderful driver!! You can't go wrong with this team!
I would normally not write anything about this, but I was very surprised by the driver's behavior. He was excessively aggressive. I have taken many charters (really, more that people should likely admit), but this driver was different (in a not so nice way). No thank you.
Awesome up and coming bus company. Highly recommend them. Smaller fleet so be sure to call and make reservations but for any charter bus needs I highly recommend them!!
