they ask extreme money to just just to be able put $ 50.00 for each person plus 1250.00 just to apply and$723.00 down on lot payments. this is supposed to be 55 years up. it is mostly empty and they are about how thy will approve. its cheaper to go to FOX RUN... OVER PRICED AND RUDE WOMENS IN THE BOT THE PARK OFFICE AND THE OFFICE OF THE OWNER NATIONAL MOBILE PARK OWNER. ON FORD RD... YOU HAVE TO HAVE A LOT OF $$$$ TO GET IN THAT SO CALLED SENIOR MOBILE PARK...

Manager Paula and owner of this park and five others, Sheldon Futernick, completely corrupt and dishonest. Run you around like a maniac knowing the whole time what they were planning. Not nice or honest people. You can expect nothing but lies and gimmicks. Horrific park and totally poorly run. Take advantage of seniors on fixed incomes.
This place is a joke lied to my face only mobile home park in Michigan that is not plowed. Streets r a sheet of ice the maintenance man here is a waste.
