Absolutely SUCK at customer service!!!! Tried calling with no return calls, and even went to address shown. (Which turned out to be behind the building). And they were closed when their site said they were open. The only way you can do business with these jerks is to go thru a second party! NOT USING THEM EVER AGAIN!!!! Wish I could leave no stars but Google won’t allow it
I placed an order for 1400 hangers on a Monday afternoon. Minutes later I realized I forgot to order anti-slip rings so I placed a 2nd order. LESS than 1 hour later I received a shipping notification and tracking number! The hangers arrived yesterday and are amazing quality and exactly what I was hoping for.
