My friend and I needed a ride from the Houston airport to Galveston for our cruise. She booked us with Royal Galveston Shuttle, and I was so impressed with their service. Our flight arrived early - but no problem because our driver was checking our flight status and was ready for us early! We wanted to grab some coffee, so he took us to a nearby coffee shop to get our trip off to a good start. Nice! Big kudos to Royal Galveston Shuttle! Our driver had our flight information, so when we arrived much earlier to IAH than expected, he was right there waiting for us. The vehicle was clean and roomy, and our driver was so much fun. He played tour guide as he explained what we were seeing as we drove through Houston toward Galveston. Stopping at Bucee's was a fun side trip, and he was so gracious about being patient and taking pictures of us. Very pleasant experience! I was nervous because I’ve never actually booked a shuttle online but the agent was very reassuring and he made the experience better than expected Whenever in Texas I will ALWAYS use this shuttle service.
