Some good and bad. The shuttle was easy to book and pricing fair. The communication when we got off the ship was excellent. Our driver was able to find us even though we didn't know where we were at the terminal. The shuttle was a third-party mini van and they attempted to fit six adults and six large luggage with one of the back seats down-it didn't work and the last pair had to wait for a different shuttle as they had exceeded the luggage allowance. Exceptional service from Royal Galveston Shuttle both to and from IAH and Galveston cruise port.
Wonderful service! The driver contacted me ahead of my scheduled time and picked me up and got me to my destination. There were only 4 of us in the car. Much better process than I had expected! Highly recommend! Thank you!
Great customer service, great drivers who reached out each pickup and got there early (both pickup and destination!). I'd absolutely book them again for a future cruise!
