My family took a private shuttle from Houston to Galveston and back because there were four of us with eight pieces of luggage. Both drivers arrived early and kept in constant communication with me. I was very pleased with the drivers and condition of the vehicles. Plus, Sam was quite helpful with scheduling the rides online.

I am extremely happy with the level of service and highly recommend Royal Galveston Shuttle. Zee was great and his service went above and beyond. We arrived early on our flight then I had booked and I had to be dropped at cruise port day before to schedule round trip service. Sam sent Zee to get us a hour early and with coming in day before he went ahead and dropped us off at our hotel.These guys were absolutely amazing and had the utmost respect and responsibility to the customer.See you next week on our return to Houston H... read more

Great service. Great pricing for a party of 5. Picked up at our hotel in Houston, the driver sent a text stating his arrival time. Friendly, professional drives to and from cruise ship. Driver sent a text stating the time of our pick up and his location. Very easy.
