Everett was a huge help for me buying furniture for my mother in law. We needed something very specific and he showed us EXACTLY what we wanted within those guide lines and we were able to go in and get what we needed and get out in less than a hour ! Way better than customer service at Ashley who were pushy and kept trying up upsale us on something we didnt need. THANK YOU EVERETT!
We purchased a couch for my mother and scheduled delivery for today, Saturday 12/6/2025. We were told the delivery driver would give us a 30 minute courtesy call. We received a call from the driver that he is 5 minutes away, we said okay and that we would be there in 10 minutes. The delivery driver said he could not wait on us. We first went to the royal furniture store in Whitehaven we was there for about 10mins and NO ONE asked if we needed help!!! We left and drove to the Southaven location as soon as we walked thru the doors we were immediately greeted by MR BROWN we already knew what we wanted he showed us our options we was In and out maybe in an hour. Great customer service and a good selection of furniture. We will definitely be going back to this location
