The employees are very friendly. I just love Tori and they had the perfect recliner for me. The delivery guys are awesome as well!!
We are moving into our first house tomorrow, and need new furniture. We'd seen a few ads for here, so we stopped in to have a look. We saw several items we were very interested in, and the prices weren't bad. The problem? We were walking around for over an hour and not one employee there came to see if we needed help or had questions. We couldn't find a single person to help us, so we left, cash in hand ready to buy.

Our store experience shopping was great but the warehouse and their higher ups are honestly disappointing and very disrespectful and rude, we purchased 1000s of dollars worth of stuff plenty of stuff, for them to break our fan and not try to pay for it! I went back and forth with plenty of people and still ain’t got no solution or sympathy the drivers lied about breaking our stuff and they are very pathetic!
