We have used Royal Furniture for a number of years. Most recently we ordered patio furniture for our home we relocated to in Florida. There are not enough stars to express our satisfaction to the quality of furniture and the professionalism, knowledge and patience of the personnel who work at this company. Royal Furniture will always be our go to place when we need furniture.
What a wonderful furniture store! I took my father yesterday in search of a recliner and was blown away with the selections and prices. They have literally ANY type of furniture you can imagine, plus pictures, art, lamps you name it! The location is also nice because it’s on a main street running through Port. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of furniture they offer. The prices were also amazing. It’s definitely worth a visit if you are looking to buy! Customer service no longer present. My parents and myself have always gone to this store through the years for various purchases. I bought a couch set, that wasn’t cheap…..and was told that it was a “performance fabric”. Not even a year later the cushions and arm rests look like I have had them for 10 years. They did come out and replace the cushions just to have them look the same 3 months later. $3800 spent on junk. The saddest part is emails are left unanswered and phone calls never returned. Royal Furniture was great! We were very overwhelmed at our first visit. Many floors of furniture to see and beautiful things but we just were not ready. About a month later a friend told us about Kevin. So, back we went and a couch with two end recliners, a small sectional & a gorgeous bar cabinet were ordered! Kevin was very patient, knows his products, helpful with picking fabrics, etc. Really a positive experience. Delivery was awesome too! Thanks Royal, we'll be back for sure!
