I purchased a recliner a little less than a year ago from Royal Furniture. There was a manufacturing problem with it. Royal Furniture without hesitation had their professional repair team of Angelo and Luis come out, assess the issue order the parts then came back to my home and made the repair. I highly recommend Royal for being local, competitive pricing and fantastic customer service.

We purchased a lovely couch from the outlet, where Karen was of immense help to us. The quality of the merchandise and the pricing is tough to beat. Delivery went smoothly!
So nice to be able to test out lots of couches and pick out exactly how we wanted the size, cushions, arms, legs, and fabric to look. Was ready in six weeks and hand delivered right where we wanted it. Sometimes on-line isn't better. Excellent product and experience.
