Great experience with Aubrey. She was able to source a bedroom set faster than anyone else. Even with the delays from the manufacturer, we received the complete set weeks if not months faster than other dealers we spoke to. On top of that, when the bed frame arrived damaged, she loaned us a frame until the replacement arrived. We are very happy with the entire experience.
We have used Royal Furniture for a number of years. Most recently we ordered patio furniture for our home we relocated to in Florida. There are not enough stars to express our satisfaction to the quality of furniture and the professionalism, knowledge and patience of the personnel who work at this company. Royal Furniture will always be our go to place when we need furniture.
What a wonderful furniture store! I took my father yesterday in search of a recliner and was blown away with the selections and prices. They have literally ANY type of furniture you can imagine, plus pictures, art, lamps you name it! The location is also nice because it’s on a main street running through Port. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of furniture they offer. The prices were also amazing. It’s definitely worth a visit if you are looking to buy! Customer service no longer present. My parents and myself have always gone to this store through the years for various purchases. I bought a couch set, that wasn’t cheap…..and was told that it was a “performance fabric”. Not even a year later the cushions and arm rests look like I have had them for 10 years. They did come out and replace the cushions just to have them look the same 3 months later. $3800 spent on junk. The saddest part is emails are left unanswered and phone calls never returned.
