We bought a bedroom set, which was absolutely gorgeous! We love everything about it, it was worth the 4 month wait while it was being made. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating, is that if I didn't call, I would never have known about the delays. An update from them would have been appreciated.
I purchased a bedroom set for my daughter a few weeks ago. Aubry was amazing to work with and extremely patient. We shopped around a little bit from places online and Ashley's furniture in Middletown NY. Royal furniture gave us a better deal and the delivery and set up team did a great job. I bought the bedroom set on a Friday night and they delivered it the next day. Great experience, and I will definitely recommend them to everyone.
This is my second time ordering from Royal Furniture. Post-COVID-19, I discovered that furniture companies with high-quality furniture have gone down. I found Royal Furniture still carries the quality and durability that are now missing at other furniture stores. For not much more money, I can customise furniture to my liking and the quality I expect. To finish it off, they provide free friendly delivery. I can not ask for anything else. It's a great team, from the showroom floor to the delivery team.
