I recently purchased $4500 worth of furniture from the Cordova location. Because I was relocating to a different state, the movers (2 men and a Truck) picked up my furniture from the warehouse on Tranquillity Drive. When I unwrapped my furniture this weekend I realized that they did not include the feet for my couch or loveseat. When I contacted my salesperson she told me that they cannot be shipped to me and that I could come into the store to pick them up. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE AT THIS STORE THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS, ONCE THEY GET YOUR BUSINESS AND MONEY ANY ISSUES YOU HAVE AFTERWARDS ISNT IMPORTANT TO THEM … GO TO ASHLEY FURNITURE BECAUSE THIS COMPANY IS a JOKE … DONT LET THEM TALK YOU INTO BUYING THEIR WARRANTY EITHER .
