I want to give a shout out to Dionne Tomlin. She has the best customer service. She took her time and explain led everything thoroughly to me. I enjoyed her.
My experience with Ms Dionne at the Cordova branch was awesome. She was patient, informative and kind. My contract was rewritten 3 times. The 1st time my delivery was pushed by 3 times by me. Moving into a new address then it expired. 2nd time I added a oversized lounge chaise and it was too big for my room. And now lastly I re-signed 9-15-25 for adding another recliner. She has kept a good spirit through ALL this mess. She is such a positive force.
