I shared with the store associate that Rooms To Go had the same exact living room furniture for $1000 cheaper, she advised The Manager. He came to us and advised it was not the same thing, it obviously was. He was rude in his approach and the interaction made us uncomfortable. Rooms to Go has better selections, prices and service! I do not recommend.
Pat was an excellent sales rep, had a great personality and was so patient and helpful. We will definitely be back!
