I would like to share my recent experience with Royal Furniture regarding a purchase I made. Unfortunately, it was not a positive one. I worked with a sales representative, Mr. Ben Fields, who assisted us in purchasing a bedroom set. While I understand that delays or missing pieces can occasionally happen, the issue arose in how the situation was handled afterward. I was looking for foot locker for my bedroom.
The salesman very nice and polite very helpful he also had a trainee with him that was very nice and helpful I suggest if you like new furniture check them out.
I shared with the store associate that Rooms To Go had the same exact living room furniture for $1000 cheaper, she advised The Manager. He came to us and advised it was not the same thing, it obviously was. He was rude in his approach and the interaction made us uncomfortable. Rooms to Go has better selections, prices and service! I do not recommend.
