Ordered a bed and a mattress from this place. After just 1 year the mattress is broken and when I tried to claim the warranty, they say the management has changed. Not sure how that would void the warranty. If you buy anything here do not expect the quality or after purchase service.
Worst furniture store ever! I paid for a sofa, dining set, and console over five months ago. They delivered the sofa and dining set, but NEVER delivered the console and refused to give me my money back. They claim the owner changed, but the store is still open under the same name and location. No product, no refund, no responsibility. This is dishonest and unacceptable — AVOID this place at all costs!
This store is a scam! We trusted Royal Furniture and Mattress with thousands of dollars for our furniture order. They failed to deliver part of our order then refused to give our money back. Their excuse? “The owner has changed.” Yet the store is still open, using the same name, same location, and happily taking money from new customers.
