I would give them -5 stars We bought a King-size mattress from them and the mattress which they delivered to us was of very bad quality. Experience which we got in the store was equally opposite to the mattress which was delivered. I came to the store to complain and they refused to return it and said to us we will not exchange the defective mattress. Excuse given to us was you cannot expect the same experience like store because we change it frequently
I had a pleasant experience, their staff are very friendly and professional. Their prices are competitive. I will visit again.
The Customer service was exceptional. I was able to get what I came in for without any complications. I will definitely be coming back!
After visiting some major furniture chains we wandered in to Royal Furniture a few weeks ago in the search for a sectional to fit a small space. We were pleasantly surprised. Reasonable pricing, excellent customer service and a beautiful Canadian made custom sectional just two weeks later and they added a bonus of two cute pillows. Highly recommend!
