If i could rate this place negative stars I would. My dad died in 35 days at this horrible place. Totally not recommended.
My father passed away in this facility and they didn't even bother to inform me had to find out from a 3rd party week's after the fact.
During my trip, my mum stayed at this nursing home for two weeks. I came to visit her during her stay, and I felt that this place was very warm, cozy and welcoming. The staff there were so nice and friendly, they cared deeply for my mother. When I saw them cater to every need there, I couldn’t help but feel an incredible amount of trust towards the staff.
Do not agree to any 'PRN' medications, especially opiates like oxynorm/ morphine liquid or sedatives like respiradone. Staff exaggerate how bad a patient's behaviour is to get you to agree. These drugs cause falls, swallowing problems, heart attacks, evidentually 'terminal sedation ' & death. This is what happen to my loved one. The aged care safety Commission do not care.
