I can honestly say that the staff in the MCU are the kindest, most compassionate and hardest working carers and nurses I have ever seen work. I feel so happy knowing my Dad with reactive alzheimers is comfortable and well cared for. I visit often but at various times in the day (due to shift work) and each time I am so grateful to see him so loved and looked after. Thank you to each and everyone of you who keep my Dad content and calm, even on his worse days. You are all angels on Earth.
Today i performed a Magical Circus Comedy Show at Royal Freemasons - Springtime! Everyone was welcoming, friendly, fun and kind. Highly recommend the team.
If i could rate this place negative stars I would. My dad died in 35 days at this horrible place. Totally not recommended.
My father passed away in this facility and they didn't even bother to inform me had to find out from a 3rd party week's after the fact.
