My Dad was staying at Susan Barton House while my Mumma had an operation, and we couldn't be happier with the level of care! All of the staff are so wonderful and the accom is clean and comfortable. Dad loved the food too, especially the desserts. Its such a relief to know this option is available to us when we need it :)
My Mother Phyllis Stewart was a resident in Susan Barton House for 5 years and 11 months. It was Mum's choice to become a resident as she experienced the early stages of dementia. As a family we are so grateful for the incredible care Mum was given as her dementia advanced, she was loved and cared for by the most amazing staff. They enjoyed and had fun with her when she was happy and calmed her when anxiety was at its worst. They loved her in the final days and they gave Mum the most beautiful farewell any one could ask for.... read more

Extremely rude staff, don’t know how to talk at all. I seriously bursted into tears after talking on phone to the staff, it hit me mentally. Should give some training on dealing with people nicely.
