They are very rude, lack understanding or even asking a question causes them to yell at you. I questioned the service because what was promoted was different from what they were communicating was going to occur. Also because I questioned it, they told me that they have real customers because I used class pass to book and are busy. They canceled my appointment and told me they would not service me. Best massage ever!!! Me and my boyfriend went for 30m foot and 30m body Wow! First of all, the Owner is super sweet and the girl that massaged me was amazing. Hands down best place. Def recommend
Gas massages
The main owner is unfortunately mannerless and rude. Been there 3 times total but will not be going back anymore - only because of Josephine Cheng (owner or main lady in charge). When I had a facial and massage (cost about $150) - she had another lady come in the room without asking me and they did a massage at the same time - she told me it is mandatory to tip $15 per person that massaged me - that was extremely underhanded and rude.
