Michael gave a very professional massage. I highly recommend him. I often suffer from severe headaches and back pain, but after the massage I felt so much better.

This place is horrible. Firstly, i got undressed in a "room" and then the lady came into my room and told me to get dressed and that we are going to a different location. I was confused. We ended up walking around the corner to the back of the store with other "rooms". So i finally undress myself once again and then she asks "soft, medium or hard" and i say "soft please" and she proceeds to do it extremely hard. At this point im tense and annoyed. I came here with my husband for foot massage for two people . I called and ask for availability and then said they did have one hour . 30 mins into the foot massage the lady told my husband she will be back in 2 mins never showed up and only did a massage for 30. The owner of the spa was forcing us to take 30 mins when we specifically asked for one hour . Very unacceptable service , would not come here again . Save your time and money and go to taiji in Secaucus !!

They are very rude, lack understanding or even asking a question causes them to yell at you. I questioned the service because what was promoted was different from what they were communicating was going to occur. Also because I questioned it, they told me that they have real customers because I used class pass to book and are busy. They canceled my appointment and told me they would not service me.
