Extremely unprofessional and unreliable. I had a call scheduled 2 months in advance and get sent 20 reminders about the call just to be no showed, ghosted and then 3 HOURS LATER AFTER our appointment time get told to call them back. You'd think if you are going to be paying someone for their service they would at least show up. How you do one thing is how you do everything. Being on time or at least giving me a heads up would have been nice so I didn't waste 45 minutes waiting around my computer.
