Chicken is getting greasier and greasier. The Mac and cheeses we just bought is cold like it was in a refrigerator and we live 1.2 mile away. I tried to call but I was told the 993 number was a store on Mt. Joy Rd wasn’t the correct number for the store on Draco rd. I’ll be returning the macaroni and cheese. It’s a shame this is the only place close. Rutters food is pretty nasty
My first visit today. The service was great. Very clean environment. The chicken was on point, "delicious." Purchased the family meal. Reasonable prices.
I have people rant and rave about Royal Farms chicken and how good it is. I mean people waiting for an hour. Well I decide I'm going to try it for lunch today. I order pay pick it up after my number was called. (I didn't wait but like a few mins they were just putting out the chicken) well I get home to begin gearing only to be like where are my wing lol the look like Cornish hen wings and they taste like wood. Had a taste for some good chicken. Have not been to Royal Farms in years. Waited one hour for a two piece meal. The chicken is awesome. Would I wait that long again? NO.
they are awful about answering their phone, people like to call who live a little further away to check and see if they have something or not, if they have fried chicken, or nuggetts or fries, etc... they simply will not answer. now if their manager were there, this would not be happening. that is what needs to be done. someone needs to let her know they will NOT answer, they will NOT use the grill if they do not feel like it, they are supposed to cook w/ the grill & chicken & stuff like that until 8pm, but if certain people... read more
