So I am very disappointed I am from Maryland but moved awhile back so when I come I love getting RF chicken. I have never had this bad of food from a RF my drumsticks (2) were both disgusting had no meat and the meat it did have was weird and the outside was very hard. I will never go back to this RF ever again. Also I usually don’t leave reviews but this was ridiculous.
Always out of 20z Coke. Terrible and apathetic service, staff not allowed to assist customers because of security concerns, restocking product not allowed when it runs out because "they are just too busy". Going to corporate is a total waste of time as they defend at every possible turn, why I can't buy a core product. The poor service is clearly a reflection of RF management. They lost another customer among all the locals that have come to "hate" going there.
Very bad experience ordered a two-piece white meat with fries and cheese ended up with Chesapeake cheese. I asked if it was obeying they said no got home open the box and it was a wing overcooked and it was not even a chicken breast. It was a thigh and it was pink was not done. When I called the store told him I could not come back till tomorrow cause my ride had already left. They told me that they won’t be there. There’s nothing I can do. I got to redeem my free chicken but I have to wait for 20mins but all good.
They can’t even make a burger right at all
