Hands down the best Royal Farms I've been to staff on point, always above and beyond and friendly. I had an issue with fueling. The money left my work card but no fuel at the pump, a whole week had past and funds did not return, luck for.me the awesome manager Kristin helped me out and rectify the issue. the night crew Penny and here team did they best in the middle of night. Thank you again for the aide, your whole team deserves morning and night are making our working days go by easier.

Did an online order, was charged twice, one was credited back to my account the other was not! I got no order number on the app, so the store didn’t have my order as I called the store to find out what was going on. I was told the manager was on the phone and couldn’t talk to me that I should come to the store and show proof of purchase, no problem I go to the store and was approached by a girl who never introduced herself to me or even told me what position she held at the store. Very poor experience with one of their employees. I advise against purchasing ice here. They keep it outside and locked. You will need to wait for one of their two employees to not be with a customer so they can walk outside and unlock it. Not a huge problem, but the employee I dealt with had a huge attitude about it. She really let me know just how put out she was, so much so that I left the store without the bag of ice I paid for. I should have just gone to WaWa across the street.
