So I am hard of hearing and the cashiers at the location are def not hard of hearing friendly. Almost everytime I go into this store I get an attitude from the cashiers because I cant hear them. I let them know im hard of hearing and the attitude just continues. Maryland state law requires a gas station to offer free air at least one. You should not be charging/requiring a credit card.
This is for the store at 500 Mechanics Valley in North East. If you have a "rewards" card, you'd better know how to use it for your rewards, 'cause neither the little lady manager nor her staff have a clue. They ruin your "rewards," then call you a liar and a thief for insisting that you had a free coffee coming.
Hands down the best Royal Farms I've been to staff on point, always above and beyond and friendly. I had an issue with fueling. The money left my work card but no fuel at the pump, a whole week had past and funds did not return, luck for.me the awesome manager Kristin helped me out and rectify the issue. the night crew Penny and here team did they best in the middle of night. Thank you again for the aide, your whole team deserves morning and night are making our working days go by easier.
