The facility isn't as clean as they say and the food is not good, the staff is ok some batter than others, the place needs to be painted through out the building front and back not sure of the price because another family member takes care of that. Royal Estates needs a complete face lift the furniture to getting the residents phones.
I received great care from the nursing staff.
The staff is kind, attentive, and genuinely cares about the residents and their families. The food is good, they keep residents active, and the amenities are great too. It’s comforting knowing residents are in a safe and caring environment.
I extend my sincere gratitude to the Royal Estate Assisted Living for their exceptional service in providing the necessary care for my mother. Their passionate professionalism and unwavering patience were instrumental in ensuring her well-being.
