I will never purchase anything else for royal me and husband being to get a replacement in box sprang and have the hardest time to get Michelle Jones to answer the phone or to return calls awful customer service and she apart of corporate. They charge us a large down payment for cheap furniture and when it need to be replaced don't want to do it. We have a warranty on our furniture but they give hard time replacing things.
