They make great products, but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. For products only, I’d give 4.5 stars. The 3-star rating is the overall experience.
Amazing job, guys. The fastest shipping,-the same day when order was placed, vast choice of everything. What i love the most is every stensil package has its own plastic cover WITH a big- sized clear final picture, WITH clear domentions, so always you can reference to it. Look forward to use your /now mine/stensils. It will be a chalenge as i chose multi-layered ones, but i know the end result worth it! Thank you!!
