Horrible customer service! I would not recommend purchasing from this company. While the product itself, a plastic stencil, was just okay, the pattern looked cheap in person, so I decided to return it. I followed the company's return instructions exactly, sending it back unused and unopened in the original packaging. However, they claimed the item was damaged during return shipping and, despite acknowledging that it wasn’t my fault, refused to issue a refund and kept the product. They make great products, but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. For products only, I’d give 4.5 stars. The 3-star rating is the overall experience.
Amazing job, guys. The fastest shipping,-the same day when order was placed, vast choice of everything. What i love the most is every stensil package has its own plastic cover WITH a big- sized clear final picture, WITH clear domentions, so always you can reference to it. Look forward to use your /now mine/stensils. It will be a chalenge as i chose multi-layered ones, but i know the end result worth it! Thank you!!
