I can't speak for the company as a whole but the Marion location isn't a good place to work. Faulty equipment (and not bothering to fix said faulty equipment), overworking drivers (putting loads from other peoples routes on already loaded down drivers... Not just an occasional issue either), poor management are just a few. Poor management is a major issue.
