Awesome products and service. I just had to write a review. It's the least I could do, for such an amazing quality of product and service. 1st of all, the blinds, Shutters and Curtains are amazing, and they look and feel so much better than cheaper ones we tried before. 2nd of all, I accidentally broke one clamp and asked to purchase a replacement, they sent me a replacement immediately free of charge. This does not happen often these days. Highly recommend!
There is a reason why they have so many Five Star reviews! We have been building a house and wanted hard wired blinds. The first step was talking to the technical people (I think it was Theo) at Royal Crest Blinds. He spoke to our electrician so there was no mistake about where the wires should come out and even what gauge wire (admittedly things I know nothing about).
