Rachelle was a pleasure to deal with. We ordered a mix of sheers, shutters and blinds for our whole house. Really happy with the finish and install. They considered my concern with drilling into tiles for the install of the bathroom shutter , so instead they siliconed it in with no issues. They even took the time to visit twice for measurements to ensure it was perfect fit. No issues recommending this company.
Ram and his team did an amazing job adding sheer curtains and roller blinds to our property. Ram visited our property to provide samples and measure. The date promised for install was the exact day the blinds were ready. The guys who did the install were very friendly and made sure we were completely satisfied before we left, they also rectified any issues quickly. The prices were very reasonable, similar to the DIY online places.
Excellent customer service, pricing, attention to detail and quality is what we have received and appreciated from Royal Crest Blinds. Since having our entire house fitted with shutters and hard Roman blinds in Dec 2021, to now having a minor adjustment/repair undertaken to a blind, we have had consistently positive experiences dealing with Ram, Rachelle and several members of the installation team.
