Good evening, I just wanted to say I recently switched over to RCU, and the experience was awesome. I had Melissa Herr assist me in getting that set up, and man is she awesome! I felt appreciated, and that my business to RCU mattered. She was the right amount of funny, kind, and helpful someone could be. Keep being awesome, and i’m sorry for the late review!!!! The staff are very friendly and a pleasure to work with! Me and my friend made an appointment a few days ago we went in today and they had us in and out in no time! I highly recommend RCU Stillwater for your banking needs! Plus if your a fan of Kwik trip there's one right there!
I was not able to open checking account one day. They told me to come in the next day unable to open checking as well. The staff was not helpful and all of them are liars. Customer Service is one number of any business and if you can't help a customer you should not be in business. If your looking for bank to help you with your money/finances you should look for another bank to be able to help u.
