I don't feel like they take care of their customers like they should. Callus when applying for a loan I left feeling so down & they made me feel helpless & non empathetic. I'll have money in my other accounts but they'll charge overdraft fees and not give it back EVER! I need to switch banks asap.Overall disappointed...
