The entire staff at the Osceola branch is absolutely wonderful! Always friendly and ready and willing to help. Every one is very knowledgeable and has always has answers to my questions. Highly recommend them!
I stopped at the drive thru. One car was in front of me.I waited 10 minutes for that person to get waited on. They didn't. I had to leave and come back later. Two women were standing on each side of the windows and nothing happened. A third lady had to come over and take my payment. Absolutely the worst service ever. They should be fired.
I had a great experience at RCU. The loan process was quick and easy. Sheena was very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. She went above and beyond. I’ll definitely continue working with this bank.
I just left the Osceola location, got home and immediately texted my wife that I had the most pleasant banking experience I’ve ever had, and at 64 years old I’ve had a lot. Well done RCU, you’re setting the bar high for other banks!
