Best financial institution I've ever dealt with, hands down! The people are smart, friendly, and really helpful. I've seen them get serious when someone tried pulling some shenanigans but even then they were polite. I highly recommend this credit union. A great place to keep your money.
The entire staff at the Osceola branch is absolutely wonderful! Always friendly and ready and willing to help. Every one is very knowledgeable and has always has answers to my questions. Highly recommend them!
I stopped at the drive thru. One car was in front of me.I waited 10 minutes for that person to get waited on. They didn't. I had to leave and come back later. Two women were standing on each side of the windows and nothing happened. A third lady had to come over and take my payment. Absolutely the worst service ever. They should be fired.
