Always cheerful, always helpful, wonderful staff at both this location and on Stout road. We're very happy customers, both for our selves and our companies.
Had 4 accounts. Had the safety balance option on my personal account. To stop overdraft fees. Nope didn't stop a charge. Took 40 days to find out and pay it off. Now they won't open a personal checking for 3 months. But of course they still want my other accounts. RCU is not a Friendly bank.
This is the best place i have ever banked, I will never switch. This particular location is my favorite. The employees are outstanding!
