Honestly I was excited to try this out as my first credit union. Good to diversify away from big traditional banks. But I’ve been pretty dissatisfied with this place. They do have some decent CD rates but that’s where it ends. They offer no real investment options besides some guy named Jim who wants to put you in some pre-baked blackrock fund and collect a fee. Not the fault of the team on site, they did their best to try to assist. I was told I would have to wait 6 days for anyone to be available to talk to me about managing two accounts and setting up an estate account due to staffing issues. You really need to figure this out so you stop putting them in an unpleasant situation with dissatisfied customers. I called another branch and have an appointment 9:00 a.m. Tomorrow morning.
