Jenna Williams, who is new employee with you, is an excellent member representative. I arrived at the bank around 4:35. I was trying to take a loan out against my credit card. After numerous phone calls to your health center and help from the staff within, 45 minutes later, she figured it out for me. 5 stars fir Alaisha without a doubt. Appts are though and every question always fully explained. Major issues recently with a transfer of funds with from another company .. she has managed to mivevthrough the challenges of the wayntjat company fud not cooperate in the transfer and managed to break through the layers and solve it. Every appt is the kind of service every financial institution strive to provide. By the way it feels like more staff is needed Appts are very hard to get. Calls are impossible.
