I had the privilege to work with Destiny on a loan payoff request… and it involved an atypical circumstance. Most banks would just say ‘too hard to figure out’ and send me in my way - but Destiny was amazing, patient, conscientious, eager to please and worked through it like pro!

After years of good payments they have removed my access to the online service after going negative due to a work Injury. Regardless of how loyal you are they will as the customer service representative put it "Teach you a lesson" for not keeping your balance above zero even in times of hardship. To the owner. I tried to open a checking account online they asking me so many questions over the phone. They want me to sent them my bank statement showing my name on there and very more question like An FBI investigate criminal cases. I told the representative over the phone saying that I m not applying for loans only open a checking account only. They want to verify the bank funding $10 coming from into my checking accoun.
