Not a trustworthy place to get a vehicle loan. Gave them our required insurance paperwork they told us we were all good, until 6 months later they took $1550 out of our loan payments for vehicle insurance. got 3 stories why: loan office, bank rep, and 3rd party car insurance place all told us a different reason why we were charged a lump sum for car insurance for the life of the loan. absolutely avoid. They closed my card after I submitted one transaction as fraud. Because it was fraud. Also I wasn’t reimbursed for the purchase I didn’t make. Then They said I couldn’t get a new card for 6 months because of that. Something about being too high risk. After one fraud transaction?I wasn’t notified or warned of this. Being that I only have one card I had no access to any of my money until I transferred it all to another bank which took almost a week.
