Went to royal court on Monday 7th June 2025 was very impressed how nice and clean everything is staff work so hard and make sure residents or looked after and are safe and happy was first time back since a family member was there in 2010 so many changes staff very friendly polite residents are well cared for i would really highly recommend royal court to anyone who is looking to place a loved one in care have seen a few care homes won't name them but not as safe or clean or any quality of care at the side of royal court
The staff here are amazing and do a great job of looking after my mother-in-law Laraine. There is loads of banter with the residents and it's a nice friendly place to visit. It would be 5 stars but there are no cameras in the home and Laraine was struck by another dementia patient when no staff were with her.
Royal Court are doing a wonderful job looking after my mum ( Lady J ).The staff are lovely and so caring towards her . It is so comforting to know as sadly I live 300miles away and can’t get in as often as I would like x Thank you everyone
