I had an amazing experience at Royal City Physio. I felt real progress after each session, and the exercises Jamie gave me were tailored to exactly what I needed. She was super knowledgeable and professional, but also kind and really relatable, which made me feel totally comfortable throughout all my sessions. I’d recommend Royal City Physio to anyone looking effective treatment and a smooth recovery.
I’ve been seeing Jayme for 6 years now and she is the best physiotherapist I’ve ever gone to. She’s helped me with multiple sports injuries and gotten me back to 100% every time. Highly recommend going here if you have an injury or deal with chronic pain!
I wanted to thank Simrat for all the recovery exercises over the past few months. I have seen her for like around 4 months. She helped me get back to judo in such a short time and even return to the tournament. I really appreciate it!
