Royal city customer services aims to please. Their exemplary service philosophy lead by Kat the manager was absolutely amazing. They replaced a diamond that fell out of a ring that was purchased for my birthday. It was not a small stone. They took care of the bill and did so with a smile. Their prices are affordable from the simplest to the sublime. Thank-you for your customer care! I can’t wait to repeat shop at Royal City Jewellers!

My experience was unfortunately not a good one. I messaged and asked if they take an item for a pawn loan and got a response saying yes they do. When I got there I was told no. If they dont want to take the item for whatever reason is fine. But it seems their staff aren't on the same page regarding what items they will and won't take. Ending up wasting over an hour of my time.

Had an excellent experience going to royal city had help from the nicest employees ..if you go there ask for Kat she is awesome ..been a client there for a year now and counting, so give it a go and check it out ..

It’s been many years since I asked for a loan on a child’s violin. I am still traumatized. I was told to bring my seven year old daughter into the shop to play the violin to show that the violin was indeed my daughters. Luckily, I saved my daughter from that experience.
