I asked for as soon as possible it was my first time going to this company , the driver was rude and asked for the money before I got to my destination clearly implying that I was going to not pay they charger me £13 witch I think is completely over priced considering I was going from dykie house to the headland . Will not be going back to this company both rude and over priced !
Allowed me to book two taxis on their app, both Hartlepool to Hartlepool, they operate from a Hartlepool area code number, they text me to say car was arriving ten minutes early, reg number and everything, but no car outside. I rang to find out what had happened to be told they don't do Hartlepool to Hartlepool and no taxi would be coming, for either journey, when I told them it was their mistake I was hung up on! Trading standards getting a call, do NOT use this company!
