Disappointed with Royal Caribbean This was our third cruise with Royal Caribbean, and unfortunately, it will likely be our last. Before our nine-day cruise even began, our checked luggage never made it on board. Regardless of where the fault may lie, we expected Royal Caribbean to step up and help. Instead, the only assistance we were offered was free laundry service—despite having only the clothes we boarded with. First time leaving from this port. Very smooth transition.
DONT BOOK BLUE LAGOON ADULTS ONLY: This was our first cruise. We planned it and booked 3 excursions THRU Royal Caribbean. The most expensive excursion we booked was Blue Lagoon Adults Only for just under $300. We were told it was a 5 hour excursion. NOT a 3 hours in line and 2 hours at the beach. We were told when we “were on the boat” going to the island to meet back at the dock for 1:15 and at that time it was almost 11am??
