While I can't say enough good things about Amber and her staff and the way they cared for my father (who was indeed a rather difficult patient due to his Dementia/Alzheimer), their billing department leaves much to be desired. After making what was an agreed upon final payment, I was very surprised to receive a collection notice for an alleged balance due ($2,600) and interest ($173.95) and legal ($650) fees from services rendered in March of 2025! Amber Fortenberry, the Administrator of Birch Ridge is fantastic! She cares so much about my Dad's well being and has been very very helpful to my Dad and to me, his son. I can't say enough about how wonderful Amber Fortenberry is!

A New Home For My Aunt After calling and visiting nearly every assisted living facility in the area—with no luck—I felt completely deflated. Places were either too expensive, unequipped for dementia care, poorly maintained, or simply gave me bad vibes (always trust your intuition).
