I had a very disappointing experience with this service. I applied for my study permit extension and my husband’s visitor visa, but I never received timely updates. I didn't get my original hard copy , and they didn’t even apply for my co-op extension despite charging me for it. For my husband’s visa, they took almost one month just to apply, and the application was full of mistakes—including more than 100 errors in the SOP and even misspelling “Canada.” Because of this carelessness, his application was refused.
